I really think we should have a nice Home site for bot-depot...With teh forum leading off...
On this main site we can have tutorials, Downloads, Help things and all sorts Which will help the user before coming onto the forums......
Only admins / maybe good users would be able to add to the content on the main site..
I am more than willing to work with eric with eric for atleast the graphic side and im sure we can code it in perl =D
So what do you think? Pro's and cons?
It would probbally get us more 'proper' users as well, the moment the come to the site they get a forum, If they got a site adn looked around they would become interested and then sign up for the forum!

sounds like a good idea Dazzy!
there was a topic on exactly the saem lines of this a while back and people dissmissed the idea
but i tihnk it would be a good idea! |

Yeah. What would end up being on the home site would be tutorials from this forum, which would have to be updated way too often, so might as well just keep things how they are.

I would say yes if it tells people clearly how to install the ssl updates and basic error reading.

as it stops people coming and asking whats wrong when all they need is SSL |
