This is an update, please read the change log for the most important changes, as well as the readme for required files and other things. This update fixes the IRC interface and adds some more functionality. The MSN interface is updated to the latest MSN2.0 rev 81. The AIM and Oscar interfaces have an option that lets you have multiple user messages in the queues.
