A half a year later and new bugs are discovered in RiveScript!
RiveScript 1.03 fixes some of them:

- Fixed a few bugs:
- Fixed a bug in which, if you sent in two sentences at once, the module would return
only the answer to the first sentence--twice.
- Removed attribute "scalar" to reply(). It now uses wantarray to figure out whether it
should return an array or a scalar.
- The "Defined" condition ? can now check bot variables too. |
It will take CPAN half a day to show the new module in its search list, but you can download it now directly from my CPAN directory:

Or go to http://search.cpan.org/ and search RiveScript in a while after version 1.03 gets indexed (if you get version 1.02, that's not this one).

i cant get rivescript to compile i am following
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
but then i get (see attached image)
i have ActivePerl 5.8.8 Build 822 installed any ideas? cheers |

hey need help
i can not get this working
i have extracted the folder i run cmd
CD to The Rive Folder
Then i run Makefile.pl works fine
i try the next commands what it says in the read me dont work
i have tried loads of bots, and cannot seem to get any working apart from 2
1 of then im bonjela team but its not very good,
And other is msn2.1.2 and all that does is repats what u say
i have removed that command ect
i just want this script to work as it has lots of features / commands |
