In the post before, you said it signs in and out each time it has to send a messge. Now you say it doesn't sign in or out. Can you make up your mind please?
What I mean is that the script does not set the status to NLN or Online, it doesn't show up as online.

The original sendMsg script by MSNFanatic has a form that allows you to send messages using your own account (WLive ID Username and Password).

Like I said before, this does not use another bot to send the messages, it creates the connection to MSN via PHP and then sends the messages.
