Hi there!!
I am using msn rev 84 now for there seems to be something broken in de contactlist handling in the latest msn rev 100-102 but this version seems to eat 100% of my cpu all the time.....
Anyone an idea how i can set it a bit lighter on the cpu??

you can try to slow down the "while loop" with:

#sleep for 250 milliseconds
select(undef, undef, undef, 0.25);
....the rest of the code in the loop
}

just another Q you might be able to answer..or someone else..
I get these beeps from my motherboard ... i think it has something to do with the DP's??? ( i have debugging on and see a big block looking like encrpyted data ending with 94 )
Perl does not use 100% cpu now, it is not that thay is causing this... i tuned it down more or less with a sleep interval of 1000 milisecs...

Yeah, your computer will beep when you try to print binary data to the console window. Turn of debugging or edit the PM file that prints out the DP to the console.
