Just a little nit on the last few "and bot programming & coding" is the same as "and bot programming and coding" which just reads weird. How about just "bot coding" OR "bot programming" no need to say both.

Other than that we are getting some pretty cool looking banners

It's a search engine keyword thang I think people are just grabbing the site description and putting it in the banner.

Let's decide on a winner - my first pick: mattaustin's #2, second pick is ERijkee. Since we have a new template we won't get to use the winning banner, but I think the winner should get the privileges mentioned in the first post. Mods & eric please chime in with your votes, once we decide on the winner I am going to clear out the image attachments.
