I use this approach in my own chat program, i normally don't send much data in one packet but the client should be able to handle it as normal. Code: Dim Line() as string Dim I as Integer Line = split(Data, VbNewLine) For I = 0 to UBound(Line) - 1     ' Line(I) contains the data of each line     ' Your code here :-) Next I i hope this helps
