i was wondering that there isnt a call command in leviathan but instead of it being your bog standard call command i was thinking it could sue this system


User: !call I need some help

then the bot starts a convo with a random online mod/admin/master

and they get the message you@you.com says I need some help
please use !accept to accept the request or !decline to pass to another member of staff

if they use !accept they get added to the convo with the user

if they use decline it is automaticlly sent to another mod/admin/master that is online and they get the choice to accept or decline


if all online mods/admins/masters decline then the user gets a message along the lines of

sorry but no member of staff online can deal with your problem at the moment but it will be logged and they will get back to you a.s.a.p

then it gets logged in a text file
