MESSERMSN dll 1.2
I made this to quickly connect to the msn messenger and help its programers to easiliy do tasks like adding/gettings buddies changing buddies and doing convsersation so we can get round to the improtant stuff like making clients and bots 
I have saw other dll's out their before i created my own and some of them stop you from doing stuff like sending / getting information directly from the messenger server and also others don't seem so stable as my new version.
