Simply use LWP::Simple to access the following url and it will return the saying as a string, which you can then send to your bot's user. http://www.botwork.com/cgi-bin/bartsimpson.cgi?direct=get Test the service here I've also created a command called bart, located here. You can just drop this in your commands folder and then your users can type /bart to get a Bart Simpson saying.
