The Oneliner service returns a random oneliner joke.
Simply use LWP::Simple to access the following url and it will return the saying as a string, which you can then send to your bot's user.

Test the service
If you want a command for Andromeda or another bot template, simply copy the Bart or Fortune command and modify them to use the above url. |
