Simply use LWP::Simple to send your request to the following url and it will return the answer as a string, which you can then send to your bot's user. http://www.botwork.com/cgi-bin/countryinfo...direct=request Test the service here You can ask the service the following questions: get capital for Sweden get population of Mexico get area of Monaco I created three commands that let you access this information from your bot.
