Hi,
There is some work being done on the MSN.pm but I do not know if this will add features such as offline messengering. This site has been dead for quite a while but slowly it is starting to come to life once again.

I am working on a new one at the minute. It will take a few weeks for a stable version to come out, but I expect it to support protocols MSNP8 up to MSNP11. After this point MSN send the stupid shields.xml file which is totally screwing up my socket reading, as it doesnt terminate in \r\n like everything else.
I will make sure the version supporting P8 to 11 is stable and then release it, it will have all of the features in that are supported in the current modules. Then I will work on getting up to at least P13 working. P14 as far as I know, uses a different login procedure, so I will see how difficult it is to do this, and then depending on the time it will take, I will either get on with that or start to implement some of the missing features from the previous protocol versions.
I am going to host the file on Google Code. That means anyone can come and contribute to it, without taking it away and closing the source, or us ending up with a ton of different versions (as MattAustin and I discussed earlier this week). I think Matt offered to help out once it is stable as well, so just hold out a bit longer No promises, but I expect to have the first stable version done in 2-3 weeks.
