MSN Protocol Bot P9, Nick Name

I made an msn bot with protocol... (Protocol 9), But for some weird reason it won't change my bot's nickname.. as you can see in the attachment i've used the REA command, Anyone who can fix this i would be greatful, Feel free to use the code!.. just i need help with getting the name changed.. lol.. thanks for your help - Ciaran
