What Linux / perl bot that supports MSN + Yahoo, SQL etc?

Hello all,

I am looking for an IM bot that has the following functionality ... any ideas?

Dont mind if its commercial or not, but I am finding it hard to even find the server / bots in the first place and then compare etc.

- Will run on Linux using perl etc ... or otherwise
- Supports both MSN / Yahoo simultaneously .. ie. run on both messaging networks. Either run two instances or one instance connected to both
- Able to configure easy responses / scripts etc via perl
- Optionally some sort of configurable interface (web for remote config for example) rather than straight perl scripting
- Plugins that handle natural language questions / answers etc
- Optionally some AI plugin etc
- Able to talk to a mysql database for complex queries / lookups ie. phone lists and directories etc

Any help or direction appreciated.
