Hehe of course since he didn't tell us how long it would take him it could be days. Not a bad gig at 20/hour.
As far as the question goes....emmm...not hard. You just want a bot that spews out numbers between 1 and 6? Childs play  But you didn't tell us what protocol you want it to run on. And if you meant a bot ON the forums not just FOR the forums...well....then I have no idea what you are asking.
So realy we need way more info from you if you want actual help making one or even a determination of how hard it is.
Kinda like saying I need someone to change my fuel pump...how hard is that? Well on my old chevy it was a 5 minute job, on my new for it was an 8 hour job (had to remove like half the engine to even see the thing, unless you wanted to come at it from below and remove an axel ).

I think he meant a bot that would check new posts on the forum, and when somebody said "/d6" or something in a post, the bot would post a reply with a random number.

I hope not, thats crazy talk. I mean most forums have a mod that will do that for you, no bot needed.
