Between Answer and Typing

If anyone's seen ESP Billy (espbilly@msn.com), it's an MSN bot apparently created by MSN... anyway, when you open a convo with him he sends a kind of welcome message. So how does that work?

We can't rely on the Answer handler because it's also called when somebody wants our display picture or clientcaps too, so most of us use the TypingStatus handler to know when a convo was actually opened.

Anybody know how this works?
