Installing Net::Oscar

I've been trying to install net::Oscar for awhile now, and it won't work. If somebody could help me out it would be great.

It's pretty simple. Launch the command prompt, and type:

What error do you get when you try installing it?

You can just install Net::OSCAR manually. Download its files from CPAN, extract it to a temporary folder (keeping directories intact), and copy what's in its "lib" folder into your Perl/site/lib folder.
