The reason why is i made someone a supermod And he
keeps using the popup command and i cant make him a normal user
Because hes Incharge of the "website" hes making for me
I can't make a web site im to busy for that |

so how would turning off all commands be good? If hes a supermod couldn't he just turn them back on? Also why make him a supermod if you are just going to turn all the commands off. just move popup.pl to a different folder for now and move it back later.
