From what I've read bots are used on chat rooms.
But on a site I saw the bot was talking on the forum! I want a bot to do that on my forum but how? |

| I know there is a way to get a bot to post on a phpBB forum. I think they have a mod on the phpBB site for that. |

I have a script on my site which allows you to post on an Invision forum. If you want it to reply to posts which others have made, this isn't for you. However, as a standalone program, it's there . _________________ ~ Josh

on invision there is a mod for 1.x and 2.x which is called either phil for 1.x or alice for 2.x
They both run of ALICE brains and come with many features,
i.e, post in set forums, Only reply to certain people
the down side is there is alot of setting up to do for this mod, and at first the bot talks utter crap and as she reads posts she gets more data from her files to talk better
however her posts can be highly offensive and i would not recomend this for any site that has users under 13 |

Yes, but you could use the the framework for postnig to create your own bot . _________________ ~ Josh

No. You can make one, or pay someone to make one for you. _________________ ~ Josh
