Does anyone have links to this code? Or any code that will connect to Yahoo?
Matt Austin seems to be AWOL.

Matt Austin abandoned this project a long time ago for lack of interest. He passed the code on to me in case I wanted to continue the work on it, but Matt is way beyond me in knowledge about these kind of things, so I haven't been able to do much more with it.

I'll upload what I have though.

I removed the module from the page because it had your bots username and password in it... I will run through it and add some actual comments and stuff and re-upload it. Im glad to see some intrest Smile I actually will be working on this module as part of an "multiprotocol" flash client (backend perl) if anyone is instrested in working with me on that.

This includes the YahooSimple module (probably what you you will want to use) and also the YBot which was my "YMSG12 protocol development bot" a very unstable bot that I was using to take apart the yahoo protocol, and make a true YMSG module. I wouldn't recommend using it for a live bot.

Yea, I have been working with the libyahoo2 c library which seems to work. What happened to your website Matt? I tried to email you as well and it bounced.

Thanks for posting this though. If I get some time I will try and get it working.
