MyCreations Update!
Chatterbox has been scrapped. i'm now working on a better, more efficient Bot called Klik. Let's start off with the Yays:
  • Faster, more efficient code.
  • MSN Class v2.00
  • Old Chatterbox Commands still work
  • MySQL Data Storage
  • Skinnable
  • Multiplayer Games supported
and.. now the NOOOOOO!s:
  • No Mirror Support
  • No more hashes...
Also, I need a logo for Klik. White or invisible background. PM me.

I dont think this is the best place to promote your template but anyway i made a simple logo.

Nice idea for a new bot-template, but I think it would have been nice to compliment Dazzy and Matt on both their efforts, not just critisise.Saying "please" wouldn't go a miss, either.

Why are hashes bad? Hashes are a good way to pass information around.

What use are skins on a bot? Or am i missing something there?


MySQL = Good. However if you use DBI then there is no reason it has to be MySQL, you could allow people to use whatever DB server they have available. Just make sure to use all standard SQL and you should be fine.

No Mirror support? Is there some reason? It is pretty easy to use the Sonora interface manager to make your bot not care at all what protocol is being used, and allow easily adding mirrors.

Anyway that is just my two cents.

BTW if you ask for logos, thank those people that put the time in. You put all that effort of saying "white or transparent", so give them props for putting something together at all. Didn't your mother ever tell you "beggars can't be choosers?"
