Morphious did "fake" transfer, and the file was never sent.
Matt Austin (among others) did real transfers, where the file was sent.

How did it detect when the file was accepted?

I think it had a handler.

Keenie also had an MSN module that did "real" transfers. But that was also back in the day before MSN.pm's were released with support for display pics. Razz Keenie had two MSN.pm's, one with file transfers and one with DP's... and he would send me ONE module... I chose the one with DP's (since I personally don't have use for MSN file transfers until Net::OSCAR also comes up with file transfers).

Been searching for along time, Cant figure out how to detect if a file is accepted.

Morphious did actually have real file transfer... But i never released that version;
It was a bit buggy aswell
