Hi I was wondering if there's any way for my bot to show custom smilies, a bit like MSN's built in ones, but that others don't have.
There are some downloadable graphic collections that you can assign a tag to on msn such as :laugh etc, and I'd want the bot to have the custom graphics and be able to display them without the user having to download anything. Is this possible? |

| I don't think the current MSN module supports that, nor does it support display pictures. I'm sure it's being worked on though. |

| I hope someone gets the display pictures sorted out sometime soon, I would try myself but i'm not experienced enough. |

Neither am I, Microsoft confuzzles me. They have like 100 3-letter commands and status codes and send all this crazy garbled up encryption as raw data.
I'd probably end up making my bot spontaneously combust. :rolleyes: |

lol, I think they made their own programming language. A very cheap primitive one. Its compiler costs big bucks too. Not even worth it for such a newbish language, when you can download free C and Perl compilers which are much more powerful.  |

| yup, they released a howto on bot2k3.com on how to do it, only problem is its in vb and quite a bit to try to translate |

yeah now take that, and try to think of the right stuff to right in perl  i have the first part done, and very little of the next part, but i might get to it eventually |
