Is there a service that can reture with the users IP addy? Like if someone types #IP it would return with there IP addy? Like http://whatismyipaddress.com

That uses PHP and No because theres no way unless they accept file, or start webcam

You can use a chat command which suports to get IP's then make a command called !view IP Wink
