Hey, try going into Paint and pushing CTRL+A... and then these 9 points appear around the image, and you click and drag one of those points and shrink the picture.

Or click "Image->Sketch/Skew" and type in 25% for the width and height and viola, it shrinks.

Don't mean to start a little war, but exactly how much HTML do you know? Have you ever made a good layout with um... images?

lol, HTML is a weak language. I bet you don't even know what the TITLE element in a tag would do.
